Changed watch, reinstall or purchase mismatch

Ask for account help rather than buying again or trying to reset allowance.

WristVoice AI is in private testing. These instructions describe the current test app. Public checkout and automatic activation remain subject to production verification.
Recover access on the intended watch
If you replace your watch or lose app data, install the correct app on the intended device and follow the displayed subscription-recovery route. Do not assume a purchase transfers automatically between watches or that every replacement receives another trial.
Activation or recovery may repeat watch-association verification with WearCheckout using the app-specific device identifier. The relay handles the raw value in memory without saving or logging it. Routine requests use credentials and the hash; a recovery attempt is not a new allowance grant.
Get help before buying again
If access remains unavailable, contact support with your watch model, installed version and purchase reference through a private channel. Support may need to verify the original purchase and the intended watch association. Do not post payment details or device identifiers publicly.
A receipt does not guarantee that the currently open watch has been linked to that subscription. Conversely, a temporary code on the watch does not necessarily mean you must pay again. Refresh access and seek help before making a duplicate purchase.
Allowance and plan changes
Reinstalling, changing the watch clock and resetting conversation do not restore used allowance. They can remove useful local settings or history.
For upgrades or downgrades, review the actual offer and effective date before confirming. Do not assume a plan change resets usage or gives an immediate refund; the applicable checkout terms govern those details.
