WristVoice AI is in private testing. These instructions describe the current test app. Public checkout and automatic activation remain subject to production verification.
Collect useful diagnostic details
Open Diagnostics → Report details for a concise diagnostic summary. Also note the exact installed version in About, your watch model and size, the connection route, approximate time and what you were doing when the problem occurred.
Say whether recording started, whether it stopped automatically or manually, and whether a retry succeeded. For language problems, say whether the transcript or only the answer was wrong. For location problems, say whether Preview shared context contained a fix; avoid sending the coordinates unless needed privately.
Keep identifiers and credentials private
About includes a watch app identifier. It is an app-specific device identifier, not the watch serial number. Share it only with trusted support if requested; do not post it publicly. A hashed service identifier can still be associated with your access.
Never send passwords, payment-card details, OpenAI keys, access tokens or authenticator codes. Use the developer contact route on the app’s current Connect IQ listing or the published support site. Provide a receipt privately only when a billing investigation requires it.
Preserve local information
Do not uninstall before support has assessed a persistent problem, because local history and settings may be lost.
