Warnings, slower access and exhausted allowance

A warning is different from an allowance limit, a rate limit or invalid subscription access.

WristVoice AI is in private testing. These instructions describe the current test app. Public checkout and automatic activation remain subject to production verification.

Warnings are advisory

A usage warning means you are approaching the threshold configured for your plan. It does not itself block requests. A fair-use reminder serves the same advisory purpose for a plan governed by a fair-use allowance. Do not assume one fixed warning percentage applies to every plan.
Allowance limits and request rate
At the message limit, follow the watch message and verified reset date. A short-term cooldown is separate from an exhausted allowance. The applicable action is shown in the plan terms.
A short-term rate limit controls how quickly requests arrive and can occur before the period allowance is exhausted. Follow the indicated wait time. Repeatedly pressing Retry will not make a cooldown expire sooner.
Service safeguards and inconsistent status

Service-wide safeguards can temporarily restrict traffic. Allowances, rate limits and reset periods vary by tier. Vainqueur Studio may throttle requests, suspend access or terminate a subscription for breaches of the WristVoice AI Fair Usage Policy. If access is suspended for excessive usage without a finding of misuse, see the Cancellation and Refund Policy for early cancellation and a proportional refund.

Read Usage and the current error message together. Contact support if the displayed balance, reset date and access decision appear inconsistent. Include the exact wording without sending private question content.
