Understand trials, renewal, cancellation and refunds

These events affect access differently; removing the app does not cancel billing.

WristVoice AI is in private testing. These instructions describe the current test app. Public checkout and automatic activation remain subject to production verification.

Trials and renewal

If offered, the planned trial allows up to five messages within 24 hours. Find checkout in Usage & subscription → Subscription status. If the watch says “Trial messages used up,” start a subscription to continue. Check the actual offer for eligibility and expiry. A reinstall, changed watch clock or conversation reset does not create another trial. If a checkout QR code appears while your free trial is still active, press Back on your watch to return to WristVoice AI and continue using the trial. You can skip checkout during the trial.

A successful renewal continues the subscription and updates the verified billing period. New allowance follows that confirmed period, not the date you next open the app.
Cancellation and refunds

For a WristVoice AI subscription purchased through Polar, stop future renewal in your Polar customer account or contact Polar using the details in your order confirmation. Access normally continues until the paid period ends. Uninstalling the app does not cancel the subscription.

To request a refund, follow the Cancellation and Refund Policy for your purchase route. Requesting a refund and stopping future renewal are separate actions. Check your subscription status if you also want to stop future charges.

Payment problems and support
If payment needs attention, follow the purchase provider’s instructions and refresh subscription status afterwards. Do not assume an automatic grace period. Refund eligibility follows the published purchase terms and applicable rights; support must review the individual request.
