Monthly and annual periods
For a monthly subscription, the message allowance follows the verified monthly billing period. The planned Basic allowance is 600 messages monthly and Plus is 3,000. Check the live offer before buying.
For an annual subscription, messages count against the full annual allowance. Planned annual allowances are 7,200 for Basic and 36,000 for Plus. A new month does not reset the annual balance.
Annual-use and pacing warnings
Two independent warnings can apply to annual use: reaching your plan’s configured annual warning threshold, or using more than twice the annual allowance divided by twelve within a subscription month. Either can appear first. The monthly calculation allows seasonal use above an even monthly share.
An example of the pacing calculation
Example only: with an annual allowance of 1,200 messages, the monthly pacing warning would appear above 200 messages in one subscription month. This example is not a plan offer or a promise of 1,200 questions.
A pacing warning does not block access or impose a monthly cap. At the actual annual limit, your plan’s published limit action applies. Billing-month boundaries follow the subscription schedule, not your watch clock.
