WristVoice AI is in private testing. These instructions describe the current test app. Public checkout and automatic activation remain subject to production verification.
Check recognition and language
For incorrect words, open Diagnostics → Last transcript. If the recognised question is wrong, check Conversation language and record a short clear sentence after the start indication. Wind, noise and speaking too early can reduce recognition quality.
If the transcript is correct but the answer changes language, confirm your selected Conversation language and report the answer-language mismatch. Location and accent should not override that setting.
Check conversation context
If the answer refers to the wrong topic, review the context mode. Reset for a new topic or repeat the key noun in the next question. Reader history does not guarantee all visible messages remain in model context.
No speech or no answer
If the message says no speech was detected, try one audible sentence. “Nothing was sent” describes that attempt; it is not a promise that every noisy or silent recording will be filtered before processing.
If no answer appears, follow connection, allowance or subscription instructions according to the exact message. Repeated recording is not the remedy for an expired entitlement. AI responses can also be factually wrong even when recognition and connectivity worked.
