Retention, deletion and privacy requests
Local reset, subscription cancellation and a data-rights request are different actions.

WristVoice AI is in private testing. These instructions describe the current test app. Public checkout and automatic activation remain subject to production verification.
Local reset and service records
Reset conversation clears the app’s retained local messages and old active conversation association. It does not erase content retained by OpenAI, cancel a subscription or remove the usage records needed to enforce allowance.
Vainqueur Studio retains operational logs and reports for 90 days. They can contain app-specific IDs and usage information. The AWS relay is hosted in Ireland, and backups are held outside Ireland. Access, subscription, allowance and conversation records can have separate retention rules, as can backups and provider-held content. See the WristVoice AI Privacy Notice for details.
Provider responsibilities
WearCheckout and Polar retain licence, purchase and payment-related information according to their own roles and policies. OpenAI’s rules govern its processing and stored conversation content. The app’s developer remains responsible for explaining the app’s own data handling and responding to appropriate requests.
Make a privacy request
For access, correction or deletion questions, contact the developer through the current published privacy or support route. Describe what you want removed. Support may need to verify the request through a private channel. Do not publish your watch identifier, receipts or transcripts in a public forum.
