Check compatibility
Check the app’s Compatible Devices list in Garmin Connect IQ before installing. Match your exact model and size. Having a microphone and touchscreen does not, by itself, confirm support for this app.
Install and verify
1. Keep your watch firmware and Garmin Connect up to date.
2. In the Connect IQ Store, select the intended paired watch and install WristVoice AI.
3. Allow the download and sync to finish. A queued update is not yet installed.
4. Open WristVoice AI and check About & Credits → About for its exact installed version.
If you cannot find the app for your watch, confirm the selected device and the current listing’s compatibility information. Do not buy another watch based only on its family name.
Update without losing local data
Update the existing installation rather than uninstalling as a first troubleshooting step. Removal can erase local settings and conversation history. Reinstalling does not grant another allowance or trial.
For pairing, software updates and model-specific buttons, use Garmin’s support site and your watch manual. App compatibility and support for a particular connection route are separate questions.
