Review sharing choices
Open Conversation → Information sharing to review your choices. Share date and time can help interpret a time-related question. Share preferences supplies supported preferences such as units and time format. Share GPS and altitude allows valid position information. Approximate location requires GPS sharing to be on.
Preview before sending
Preview shared context shows values prepared locally. Opening the preview does not itself send a question to the AI. Actual shared values accompany a request when the corresponding option is enabled and usable information is available.
The conversation language is sent explicitly so recognition and answers follow your selection. Do not confuse that language instruction with optional automatic location or profile inference.
Limits and changing your preferences
This release does not provide broad health, fitness or personal-profile access. Do not assume it knows your activity history or everything stored in Garmin Connect.
Switch off information you do not want used in future requests. A setting change cannot retract data already processed. Starting a fresh conversation avoids relying on old context, but does not delete provider-held content.
