WristVoice AI is in private testing. Checkout, plan availability and automatic activation are subject to production verification.

Monthly and annual subscriptions have disclosed message allowances and may have short-term rate limits. Check the checkout offer and Usage on the watch for the applicable allowance and reset date.
1. Your subscription

WristVoice AI provides personal, interactive AI assistance for the published monthly or annual subscription price. The total price, applicable taxes, renewal arrangements and any usage allowances are shown before purchase.

Voice recordings are limited to 10 seconds per request. Answers are designed to be brief. Any request allowances, rate limits and reset periods will be clearly disclosed before you subscribe.

2. Fair usage
You must use WristVoice AI within the limits of your purchased plan.

The following are prohibited:

Automated, scripted or unattended requests, unless expressly authorised.

Sharing or reselling access, or using one subscription to provide a service to other users.
Bypassing payment, recording limits, rate limits, trial restrictions or other access controls.

Creating additional accounts or subscriptions to evade restrictions or a suspension.

Deliberately disrupting the service, exploiting vulnerabilities or accessing systems without permission.
Unlawfully copying, modifying or distributing WristVoice AI software, credentials or protected materials.

Nothing in this policy restricts activities that applicable law expressly permits.

Frequent legitimate use is not, by itself, misuse. WristVoice AI is designed for regular everyday use, and we want our customers to enjoy the service freely and responsibly.

To maintain a reliable and sustainable service for everyone, we apply a Fair Usage Policy. If your usage exceeds certain thresholds, we may send you a notification reminding you of this policy and asking you to moderate your usage. If exceptionally high usage continues or exceeds our excessive-usage threshold, we reserve the right to temporarily suspend access to the service for the remainder of your current billing period.

If we suspend your service under this policy, we will offer a proportional refund for the unused portion of the billing period. Your access will normally resume at the beginning of your next billing period, subject to the applicable usage limits and terms.

Our Fair Usage Policy is intended to protect the quality and availability of the service, not to discourage genuine, reasonable use.
3. Excessive use and temporary restrictions
If you reach a disclosed allowance or rate limit, we may pause further requests until the stated reset time. We will explain the restriction and any available options.

Where we reasonably identify prohibited activity, we will normally:

Explain the activity and the relevant rule.

Give you an opportunity to respond and stop the activity.

Apply restrictions proportionate to the breach.
We may suspend access immediately where reasonably necessary to address suspected fraud, a serious security threat, deliberate circumvention or material disruption. A precautionary suspension is not a final finding of wrongdoing.

We will review suspensions promptly and explain the outcome, except where disclosure would compromise security or breach the law.
4. Termination and refusal of renewal
We may terminate a subscription for a serious breach, or for repeated breaches that continue after a warning and reasonable opportunity to resolve them.

We may also decline a new subscription or renewal where there is documented, serious or repeated misuse, including attempts to evade previous restrictions. We will not take payment for a subscription we decline.

Our notice will explain the reason, effective date, billing consequences and how to request a review. Immediate termination will be reserved for breaches sufficiently serious to justify it.

Legitimate heavy usage alone will not justify immediate termination. If we cannot continue supporting that usage, we will normally honour the current paid period and provide reasonable notice before declining renewal.

5. Cancellation by you
You may cancel future renewal at any time through the subscription-management facility or by contraction the provider.
